These Terms are a binding agreement between you and the operator of LinkGate (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree to them, do not access or use the Service.

You need to be at least 13. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you. You are responsible for what happens on your account. We can close an account that breaks these terms or the law.

One person gets one account, unless we say otherwise in writing.

Use LinkGate for lawful things. You may not:

• Use bots or other tricks to fake views, clicks, or earnings.
• Post illegal content, or sexual content involving anyone under 18.
• Post adult content.
• Share something you do not have the right to share.
• Pretend to be someone else.
• Break the site, or try to get into an account that is not yours.

LinkGate Services include paid or premium access. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize LinkGate or its payment processor Stripe to charge your selected payment method. The trial costs €0.99 for 2 days, and tax is added on top.

After a trial, the subscription renews at €10.99 per week unless cancelled before the 2 days end. By starting LinkGate Premium, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once access begins.

Some paid plans offered by LinkGate function as an optional account-level upgrade. This upgrade provides enhanced operational benefits such as priority handling, faster internal processing, and improved support responsiveness. These operational improvements constitute the primary paid service. Additional convenience features may be included at no extra cost. Any such features (for example, reduced waiting times or simplified interaction steps within certain products) are optional, value-added benefits and do not constitute the core paid service. The specific scope of operational enhancements may evolve over time, provided the primary nature of the service remains an account-level upgrade. Digital convenience elements displayed within any LinkGate Service — including but not limited to reduced delays, reduced advertising, simplified interaction steps, or faster automated access — are complimentary courtesy features provided at no extra cost. These digital elements are not part of the paid service and are not the subject of the transaction. The paid service is strictly limited to the account-level operational upgrade performed by LinkGate.

If you earn money through LinkGate, those earnings follow the rules in the product and the rules of the companies we work with. Fake or automated activity is not allowed. We can hold, reverse, or refuse a payout that comes from that, and we can suspend the account. We can also ask you to confirm who you are before a payout is sent.

You keep what you post. You give us permission to host and show it so the site can run. You are responsible for your links and for where they go. We do not check everything in advance, and we can remove something that breaks these terms.

The LinkGate name, design, and software belong to us. Do not copy them. If you think something on the site infringes your copyright, email contact.linkgate@gmail.com with the link, what you own, and how to reach you.

LinkGate uses other companies to operate, including for payments. Their own terms apply when you deal with them. We are not responsible for sites a link sends someone to.

LinkGate is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be up or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars, whichever is more. Some places do not allow that limit. There, the limit is whatever the law still allows.

You will cover claims that come from your account, your content, or your breaking these terms.

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may have 14 days to withdraw from a Premium purchase. Because access starts right away, that right can be limited once you have agreed to immediate access and use has begun. Email contact.linkgate@gmail.com.

These terms follow the law of the place where the operator of LinkGate lives, except where consumer law says otherwise. Please email us and give us 30 days to sort out a dispute before you file a case. We can update these terms. The date at the top is the date of the latest version. If you keep using LinkGate after a change, you accept it.
